Tina Clifford provided excellent service when helping us find a house that was perfect for us. She made our needs the number one priority. I have special needs as I am disabled and may have more issues in the future. My husband and I are both getting older. Our new house has one level, which is what I needed for mobility issues. It has a fantastic basement, so we have plenty of storage. It is in a great neighborhood and in a town with lower property taxes. It has a new roof, new siding, new windows and many other updates. The house was appraised at $20,000 more than we paid for it. It is amazing that we were able to purchase this house for this price as we live in an area with a low housing inventory and people have been buying the houses as soon as they go on the market. This is mine and my husband's fourth house together and my fifth house. We have worked with many real estate agents in the past. We have never worked with a real estate agent that put as much effort and care into making sure that the house we found suits our needs. Initially, Tina Clifford created a very useful search engine to automatically send us several property listings that matched our search criteria. She was extremely responsive to all requests for information. Since we were looking at Maine properties from our home in Arizona, Tina offered to do video showings using Google Duo. Through a showing of the first property we were interested in, we were able to observe some problems with the house that helped us decide not to make an offer. She took all the time we needed on her thorough video showing of the property that we did decide to purchase. Tina went way above the call of duty in helping us study deeds and tax records to locate our "right of way" to the lake. Her persistence in researching that issue went a long way in making us feel comfortable with making an offer. Tina coached us through the offer process and followed up on all issues throughout our buying experience, right down to meeting us for the final walk-through and accompanying us to the closing.
