Why Work With Us?

My wife and I would like to tell you a little bit about working with nick when we decided to sell our home we had talked about finding a realtor that we could trust and someone that would be there for us. I had met nick when my son in-law and I were looking for land. He was so kind and always looked out for us so I asked him to come take a look at our house and give me some advice on what I had to do to get the best possible price. He came over and told us what we should do to get the best price and the best part in our dealing with nick is he never pushed us. He waited till I had everything ready. Then came time to list it. With us not knowing a lot about selling our house he walked us through it he made it so easy always keeping us up to date on the goings on. Our house sold in 2 days he went above and beyond selling our house and we sold our house for a lot more then we were asking. Again he is kind and knows how to get things done! I would recommend him to anybody!

Working with Nick Denis made buying my first home an easy, worry-free experience! There wasn't a single question that went unanswered or a problem that went unsolved, all the way through closing. He made the entire process as stress-free as possible and was always willing to help with whatever I needed. Overall, it was a pain-free experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy or sell my next home with Nick and his company.

Working with Nick was an absolute breeze. From day one, he was incredibly smart, responsive, and genuinely cared about keeping me informed. He always kept me in the loop throughout the entire buying process and never once left me wondering what was going on. Anytime I had a question or needed reassurance, he was just a call away and always took the time to walk me through everything. I never doubted for a second that I was with the right agent. I can’t recommend Nick enough and would absolutely encourage anyone in the Central Maine community to work with him.
