I just wanted to leave a review for Dana Michaud. Dana listed and sold a property for our organization (Good Will - Hinckley) and we were extremely happy with the results. Dana was on point with the pricing of our property, which lead to a quick sale at just about the full asking price. The process was seamless from listing to closing due to Dana's organization and communication at every step. Being a nonprofit organization, we rely heavily on as many different types of revenue streams as we can generate. A beloved alumnus left this property to us in his will and he would be extremely happy to know we were able to sell it and get the price Dana was able to get for it.
