I chose Alisha to help me find a house because she assisted my previous landlord sell his building, so I knew her a little bit from seeing her around the apartment I was living in. I reached out when I decided I wanted to buy because she was so nice to me when we communicated at my apartment, and she seemed confident and knowledgeable. I am a 54 year old woman who was buying my first house and needed someone to help me through the process. I had a lot of questions and concerns and I knew that Alisha would be there to help me at every turn and with every question. She went above and beyond to get things done on my behalf and helped ease my concerns when things seemed a little overwhelming, and was available every day of the week at any time of day. I tell people that she basical!y held my hand through the homebuying process (in this tricky, current market) and made it possible for me to real!y believe I could make this happen. She also made me feel that she was just as excited as I was about buying a house, which in turn, made it fun to go look at various properties.
