Through the years, we have bought and sold a few houses and have worked with several real estate agents.  However, we can honestly say that not one of them worked harder than Joe to help us get through the process.

From the day Joe first came to our house to talk to us to the day we closed on the sale of our home, there was never any doubt that he had our back. 

Joe worked tirelessly to find a reliable buyer and obtain a fair price for the property we owned in Unity.

Ours was not an easy sale.  We needed to get our property up to code before putting it on the market.  However Joe was there to help find the contractors and tradesmen to do the required work, including a septic system and electrical repairs. He also advised us on what we could do ourselves to save money. 

His vast knowledge of the housing market and his networking skills  were a tremendous help to us. 

In our interaction with Joe, he was always extremely professional, tenacious and thorough, all of which make him a great agent.  However beyond that,  his patience, honesty, thoughtfulness and kindness make him a wonderful person.

Salty also kept us abreast of what was happening with the buyer, often calling us, emailing us or just stopping by our home to see how we were doing. When we encountered an obstacle, he was there to reassure us that things would be all right and for us not to worry. He made every effort to take the burden and stress of moving onto his shoulders.

He went above and beyond any agent we have worked with, even finding us an extremely qualified agent that helped us find a home in North Carolina.

Joe was a pleasure to work with. Although it was too late to use him as seller agent as we were under contract already. That didn’t bother him he was doing his best to find us our dream home.
