Emily Caron is one of the "BEST" brokers we have ever had the pleasure of working with and we've done this whole home buying process a few times now. We have used others in the past, but she far exceeded our expectations. She is a go getter! This was a tough one doesn't quite do it justice. We weren't really looking to seriously buy a home (especially in this market) but while perusing one of the home buying sites one night, we found a home that was everything we'd been looking for, so we said what the heck and put in an offer, not ever expecting the buyers to agree to especially given the current state of the real estate market we were in. And we put the offer in contingent upon the sale of our home as well! Well, you guessed it, the sellers agreed to our offer, so we had to work fast. Emily Caron was on it. She not only sold our home in 12 days! But she put everything else in motion from referring us to an amazing mortgage broker to a double closing all in the same day.
