Ellen lives in the Belgrade Lakes region with her husband, Mac, where they enjoy exploring all that Maine has to offer throughout the four seasons. They have helped non-profit groups develop and maintain recreational trails throughout Kennebec County, including the Kennebec Highlands and Waterville’s premier Quarry Road Trails, where she currently serves as a board member and volunteer at the Welcome Center.

A University of Maine at Farmington graduate, Ellen worked in community wellness for more than 20 years before joining Coldwell Banker Plourde Real Estate in 2019. Also a graduate of the Kennebec Leadership Institute and a former Registered Maine Guide, she loves being outdoors and sharing her local knowledge. Ellen has enjoyed living in Maine for more than 50 years.

Ellen is recognized as a Coldwell Banker Certified Luxury Property Specialist for her experience, knowledge, and expertise in high-end residential properties. Her sales totaled $12.8 million in 2025.
